MY CONCERN AT PACRO
As an institution that
provides a service to external customers, we should not forget our
service to ourselves as internal customers. We should aim to give the
same best service to internal customers as we do to our external
customers. This is an area where I have been disappointed in the past.
It has been observed that through our internal customer relationships,
we have a habit of reporting each other to authorities over matters that could be
discussed and resolved among ourselves. Why for instance cant we talk to
each other before we report to our supervisors?
However, of late I have
noticed a change for the better. With the recent implementation of the
PACRO Staff Pension Scheme, I have seen a change in the of attitude
among us. As internal customers, for the first time, we have become more
united than before the pension scheme was implemented. This is very
commendable and I would like us to keep it up and even improve on it.
