ACHIEVING GREATNESS THROUGH “JOY” 

Today’s motivational talk is on greatness.

How do you judge a man’s greatness? Is it by his military genius, physical strength, or his mental prowess?

Well, a man’s greatness is measured by what he leaves to grow and whether he started others to think along fresh lines with a vigour that persists after him.

Why are we talking about greatness? If all of us view our individual roles with greatness in mind, we will save our customers with an everlasting impression that will live on long after we have left PACRO.

How do we achieve this? Simply by “JOY”.

The letters making up the word “JOY” can help us to serve our customers with greater motivation if we think of them as representing the following:

a)    Is your work pleasing to Jehovah?

b)    Is your work pleasing to Others, particularly customers?

c)     Is your work pleasing to Yourself? 

If the answers to each of the above questions is YES, then be assured that you are a great person whose legacy will live on even after you have left PACRO. This will in turn make PACRO a great institution.
