WHAT DOES YOUR HANDSHAKE SAY ABOUT YOU?

Have you ever shaken someone’s hand and in the same instant felt every bone in your fingers and palm shatter? Or even worse you felt like you were shaking the fin of a dead fish?

Handshakes have been around since the birth of civilization. In fact they were originally a way to prove you had no weapons in your hand when meeting someone new. Given today’s bad state of affairs, that might not be a bad idea. Nowadays, we use handshakes in meetings, offering congratulations, closing a business deal or sometimes just to say how is it going?

 A POEM ON PACRO REBIRTH

As I passed through the main black gates, I realized that I was at PACRO. At first I saw resistance, without seeing the meaning. Dear PACRO, I had to fight corruption, then defend change against the monsters of resistance.

O PACRO, I have adopted the desire to participate and support the change. My PACRO, how I cherish the direction being taken. My thoughts today about you are hard, harder than soft reality. Sometimes, I close my eyes thinking that this must be so. I open my eyes only to find that I am still at PACRO.

Dear PACRO, let your staff execute the client service plan in a manner that will earn them a good reputation for quality and endeavours to ensure that potential problems are anticipated and surprises are avoided. Let your staff establish effective communications both internally and externally to enhance your clients’ recognition of the value and quality of your services.

PACRO, let your staff provide your clients with insights on the condition of their business and with meaningful suggestions for their improvement through local and country wide inspections. As technology is changing at a fast pace, your staff need to gain new skills and knowledge. Help your staff to identify current priorities. Help them make decisions together so that they can achieve the greatest results. Dear
PACRO, success is not an accident. It begins with a well conceived plan.

Finally, let us all help to support and implement the change. Long live our PACRO, and long live the Registrar and members of staff.

I thank you.
