GRZ-HOSPITAL OR CLINIC AND PRIVATE HOSPITAL 

Every now and then, we have patient in hospitals or clinics. They can also be called clients or customers.

In government hospital the, patients are sometimes not treated fairly compared to the private clinics simply because in government hospitals patients get free services while at private clinics the patient pays  money for the services.

Here at Pacro we should handle the customers very well and we should be mindful of the language when talking to our customers. These are the people who pay us. We should know that we do not get any grant from the government since we were separated from central government many years ago. So the customer is very important to this institution.
